Omiš is a town and port located in the Dalmatia region of Croatia. It serves as the seat of a municipality within the Split-Dalmatia County. The town is situated approximately 25 kilometres south-east of Split, which is the second largest city in Croatia.
The geographical location of Omiš is defined by the point where the Cetina River meets the Adriatic Sea. As of 2021, the municipality had a recorded population of 14,139 residents.
