Skradin is a small town situated in the Šibenik-Knin County of Croatia. It is located near the Krka river and serves as an entry point to the Krka National Park. The town is positioned approximately 17 km (11 mi) from the city of Šibenik and 100 km (62 mi) from Split.
The area is notable for its proximity to Slapovi Krke, a series of waterfalls within the national park. The largest of these falls, known as Skradinski buk, was named in honor of the town of Skradin.
