Civljane is a village and municipality located in the Šibenik-Knin County of Croatia. It is characterized by its small scale, having recorded a population of only 239 inhabitants as of 2011, which made it the smallest municipality in Croatia at that time.
The municipality is classified by the Government of Croatia as an underdeveloped area. Specifically, it is statistically categorized as a First Category Area of Special State Concern.
