Petlovac is a village and municipality located in the western region of Baranja, which constitutes the northern portion of the Osijek-Baranja County in Croatia.
The area is characterized as an underdeveloped municipality. Statistically, it is classified by the Government of Croatia as a First Category Area of Special State Concern.
