Perušić is a settlement and municipality located in the Lika-Senj County of Croatia. It is situated within the mountainous Lika region in the central part of the country, with the Kosinj valley region sprawling alongside it.
As of 2011, the municipality had a total population of 2,638 inhabitants, while the central settlement itself was home to 852 residents.
