Pićan is a village and municipality located in the central region of Istria, in western Croatia. It sits at an elevation of 360 meters and is situated approximately 12 kilometers southeast of the town of Pazin.
The primary occupations within the municipality are agriculture and livestock breeding. The area is served by the D64 state road, which connects Pazin, Kršan, and Vozilići, and features a railway station on the former Lupoglav – Raša line.
