Kaštelir-Labinci is a municipality located in the Istria region of Croatia. The area consists of the settlements of Kaštelir and Labinci, which have undergone gradual urbanization over several centuries until they merged into a single location.
Historically, the two settlements were under the jurisdiction of Motovun and later Vižinada. While historical data indicates that Labinci was once larger than Kaštelir, Kaštelir is currently the larger settlement, as reflected in the municipality's name.
