Villa Verde is a comune, or municipality, located in the Province of Oristano within the Italian region of Sardinia. In the Sardinian language, the town is known as Bàini.
The municipality is situated approximately 70 kilometres (43 mi) northwest of Cagliari and about 25 kilometres (16 mi) southeast of Oristano.
