Tin Shui Wai New Town is a satellite town located in the northwestern New Territories of Hong Kong. Situated approximately 25 kilometres due northwest of Central, the territory's main business area, it was developed on land reclaimed from low-lying areas south of Deep Bay, adjacent to Ping Shan.

Originally an area consisting of gei wai fish ponds, Tin Shui Wai was developed during the 1980s. It serves as the second new town in the Yuen Long District and is the eighth new town established in Hong Kong. As of 2021, the population of the town was 283,595.
