Un Chau Estate, formerly known as Un Chau Street Estate, is a public housing estate located in Kowloon, Hong Kong. It is situated on reclaimed land in the Cheung Sha Wan area, specifically positioned between Un Chau Street and Cheung Sha Wan Road. The estate is located adjacent to the MTR Cheung Sha Wan station.
The development consists of 10 residential buildings completed across four different phases between 1998, 1999, and 2008. Phase 5 of the estate was specifically developed on the site formerly occupied by the Cheung Sha Wan Factory Estate.
