Hoi Lai Estate is a public housing estate located in Cheung Sha Wan, Kowloon, Hong Kong. The development was constructed on reclaimed land in the southern portion of Cheung Sha Wan, situated near the Lai Chi Kok station and four private residential complexes: Aqua Marine, Banyan Garden, Liberté, and The Pacifica.
Completed between 2004 and 2005, the estate comprises 12 residential buildings and a shopping centre. Although it was originally planned as Home Ownership Scheme (HOS) court housing, the project was converted to rental housing before residents moved in.
