Tinaga is an island located in the municipality of Vinzons, Camarines Norte, in the Philippines. It serves as one of the two major islands within the Calaguas Group of Islands and measures approximately eight kilometers in length.

The island is primarily known for its extensive white sand beach called Mahabang Buhangin, which translates to "long beach." This location has gained popularity among campers and backpackers traveling from Manila. It was previously recognized by PWC as one of the top ten up-and-coming tourist destinations in their Philippines gems report.
