Ipan is a census-designated place situated in the village of Talofofo on the east coast of Guam, a territory of the United States. It is characterized as a rural beachside community that faces the Pacific Ocean and is located north of Talofofo Bay.
The area features Ipan Park, which serves as a popular destination for parties and family barbecues. The community currently contains one restaurant, Jeff's Pirates Cove.
