Jalpatagua is a town and municipality located in the Jutiapa department of Guatemala. It covers a total land area of approximately 175.8 km2 (67.9 sq mi).
The municipality is situated near the border with El Salvador. As of 2023 estimates, Jalpatagua has a population of about 31,858 inhabitants.
