Todos Santos Cuchumatán is a municipality located in the department of Huehuetenango in Guatemala. Situated in the Sierra de los Cuchumatanes at an elevation of 2,500 meters, the municipality covers a total area of approximately 269 square kilometers.

The administrative region consists of the town of Todos Santos Cuchumatán along with six villages and 69 smaller rural communities known as caserios, parajes, and cantones. San Martin Cuchumatán serves as the municipality's second-largest urban center and functions as the agricultural heart of the Cuchumateca valley.

The local economy is characterized by the production of various crops, including potatoes and broccoli. Additionally, the lower mountain slopes of the municipality are used for large-scale coffee cultivation.
