Tectitán is a municipality located in the department of Huehuetenango in Guatemala. Situated at an elevation of 2,200 meters above sea level, it occupies a total land area of 74 square kilometers.
The municipality has a population of 9,436 people. It serves as a recognized administrative division within the highland region of the country.
