San Juan Ixcoy is a municipality located in the department of Huehuetenango in Guatemala. The municipality encompasses a total area of 224 km² (86 sq mi) and is composed of the town of San Juan Ixcoy, along with 11 villages and 33 caserios.
The population of the municipality is approximately 19,367 people. The inhabitants are predominantly of Maya Q'anjob'al descent.
