San Antonio Huista is a town and municipality located in the department of Huehuetenango, Guatemala. It is situated at an elevation of 1,240 metres above sea level and lies approximately 362 kilometres from the nation's capital, Guatemala City.
The municipality covers a total area of 60.4 km² with a population of 16,697 residents. While Spanish is the predominant language in the region, roughly 20% of the population speaks indigenous languages, with Mam being the most common among them.
Local cultural traditions include annual festivals held during specific periods of the year. The town celebrates a festival dedicated to the Virgin of Guadalupe from December 8–12, and observes its patron saint's day between June 11–13.
