Raxruhá is a town and municipality located in the northern region of the Alta Verapaz department in Guatemala. The municipality was established in 2008 after being separated from the former municipality of Chisec.
According to the 2018 census, the population of the municipality was 36,832 residents. It serves as a local administrative center within the northern portion of its department.
