Zoniana is a town and former municipality located in the Rethymno regional unit of Crete, Greece. Following the local government reform of 2011, it became a municipal unit within the larger municipality of Mylopotamos.
The municipal unit covers an area of 17.926 km² (6.921 sq mi). As of 2021, the population of Zoniana is recorded at 1,206 residents.
