Oinousses is a cluster of islands located in Greece, situated approximately 2 kilometres off the north-east coast of the island of Chios and 8 kilometres west of Turkey. Administratively, these islands form a municipality within the Chios regional unit, which is part of the North Aegean region.
The archipelago consists of one larger island and eight smaller ones. The principal town and seat of the municipality is also named Oinousses, which serves as the primary residential area for the local population. Other populated settlements on the islands include Kástron and Aspalathrókampos.
The town of Oinousses is centered around a square and a small port. It houses several public and cultural facilities, including a school, multiple churches, a Naval high school, a maritime museum, and a recently constructed monastery.
