Psychiko is a town and suburb located within the Athens agglomeration in Greece. It serves as a municipal unit and is the seat of the municipality of Filothei-Psychiko.
Following the 2011 local government reform, Psychiko became part of the larger municipality of Filothei-Psychiko, which covers a total area of 2.776 km² (1.072 sq mi).
