Kamatero is a town and suburb situated in the central-western region of the Athens agglomeration in Greece. It is positioned approximately 8 kilometres north of the Athens city centre.
Following the local government reform of 2011, Kamatero became a municipal unit within the larger municipality of Agioi Anargyroi-Kamatero.
