Agioi Anargyroi is a suburban town located in the north-central region of the Athens agglomeration in Greece. The settlement derives its name from the "Holy Unmercenaries," who were saints known for providing medical services without receiving payment.
Following the local government reform of 2011, Agioi Anargyroi became a municipal unit and serves as the seat of the municipality of Agioi Anargyroi-Kamatero.
