Kyparissia is a town and former municipality located in northwestern Messenia, within the Peloponnese region of Greece. It serves as the seat of the municipal unit of the same name, which covers an area of 101.018 km2 (39.003 sq mi).
Following the 2011 local government reform, Kyparissia became part of the larger municipality of Trifylia. The town proper has a population of approximately 5,000 inhabitants.
