Psachna

Psachna is a town located in central Greece on the island of Euboea. It is situated in a small plain in the central-west part of the island, approximately 16 km north of Chalcis. As of the 2011 census, the town had a population of 5,827 residents.

The town serves as the seat of both the Messapia municipal unit and the Dirfys-Messapia municipality. Notable local landmarks and institutions include the Psachna campus of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens and the football team Iraklis Psachna.
