Kerasochori is a village and community located in the eastern part of the Evrytania regional unit in Greece. Situated at an elevation of 1,000 meters, the settlement is built on the southern slope of the Agrafa range.
The village serves as the seat of the Viniani municipal unit and the broader Agrafa municipality. Historically, the location was known by the name Kerasovo until 1930.
