Amfissa

Amphissa is a town located in the Phocis region of Greece. It serves as the seat of the municipality of Delphi and functions as its own municipal unit, which covers an area of 315.174 km2.

The town is situated on the northern edge of the Crissaean plain's olive forest, positioned between the mountains of Giona to the west and Parnassus to the east. Geographically, it lies approximately 20 km from Delphi, 200 km northwest of Athens, 85 km northeast of Naupactus, and 72 km south of Lamia.
