Nafpaktos, also known as Naupactus, is a town and former municipality located in Nafpaktia, Aetolia-Acarnania, in West Greece. It is situated on a bay along the north coast of the Gulf of Corinth.
The town is positioned approximately 3 km (2 mi) west of the mouth of the river Mornos. It serves as a coastal settlement within the regional geography of western Greece.
