Pramanta is a village and former municipality located in the Ioannina regional unit of Epirus, in northwestern Greece. Following the 2011 local government reform, it became a municipal unit within the larger municipality of North Tzoumerka. As of 2021, the population for the community was 1,514, while the total population for the municipal unit reached 1,759.
The village is situated in the Athamanika mountains at an elevation of approximately 840 meters. Geographically, it lies roughly 65 km southeast of Ioannina and 28 km south of Metsovo. The municipal unit covers a total area of 69.058 km², while the specific community area encompasses 39.435 km².
