Paramythia is a town and former municipality located in the Thesprotia region of Epirus, Greece. Following the local government reform of 2011, it became a municipal unit and serves as the seat of the municipality of Souli.
The municipal unit encompassing Paramythia covers an area of 342.197 km². According to the 2021 census, the town has a population of 2,608 residents.
