Kalpaki is a former municipality located in the Ioannina regional unit of Epirus, Greece. Following the 2011 local government reform, it became a municipal unit within the larger municipality of Pogoni. The area covers a total of 116.756 km², with the specific community occupying 13.189 km².
The town is situated approximately 30 km northwest of Ioannina and southwest of Konitsa. It serves as a transit point connected by two primary roads: the EO20, which links Kalpaki to Ioannina and Konitsa, and the EO22, which connects the area to the Kakavia border crossing into southern Albania.
