Filiates is a town and municipality situated in the Thesprotia region of Greece. It occupies a geographical position in the northernmost part of the regional unit.
The area borders the western Ioannina regional unit to its west and shares a border with southern Albania to its north. It serves as a local administrative center within these neighboring regions.
