Anthiro is a mountain village situated in the western region of the Karditsa regional unit in Greece. It serves as the administrative seat of the municipality of Argithea.
The village is located approximately 20 km southwest of Mouzaki, 40 km west of Karditsa, and 19 km southwest of Pyli.
