Grevena is a town and municipality located in the Western Macedonia region of northern Greece. It serves as the administrative capital of the Grevena regional unit.
The town is situated approximately 420 kilometres from Athens and about 180 kilometres from Thessaloniki. According to data from the 2021 census, the population of the town is 12,515, while the total population of the municipality is 25,905.
