Deskati is a mountainous municipality located in the Grevena regional unit of Greece. The current administrative boundaries of the municipality were established in 2011 following the merger of the former municipality of Deskati with the municipality of Chasia.
The primary economic activities within the region are centered on farming and animal husbandry.
