Amyntaio is a town and municipality located in the Florina regional unit of Macedonia, Greece. As of 2021, the population of the town itself is 4,348, while the broader municipality has a total population of 14,169.
The settlement derives its name from Amyntas III, an ancient king of Macedon who was the father of Philip II and the grandfather of Alexander the Great.
