Koufalia is a town and municipal unit located in the Thessaloniki regional unit of Macedonia, Greece. It serves as the administrative seat of the municipality of Chalkidona.
Prior to the 2011 local government reform, Koufalia functioned as an independent municipality. It remains a key administrative center within its current regional structure.
