Aiginio is a town and former municipality located in the Pieria regional unit of Greece. Formerly known as Libanovo until 1926, it currently serves as the seat of the municipal unit within the larger municipality of Pydna-Kolindros.
Following the 2011 local government reform, Aiginio became a constituent part of the Pydna-Kolindros municipality. The municipal unit covers an area of 75.541 km2, while the specific community within it encompasses 62.246 km2. As of 2021, the population of the municipal unit was recorded at 4,369 people, with the community population standing at 3,860.
