Zaragoza, traditionally known in English as Saragossa, is a city located in Spain. It serves as the capital of both the province of Zaragoza and the autonomous community of Aragon.
The city is situated along the Ebro river and its tributaries, the Huerva and the Gállego rivers. Geographically, it lies roughly in the center of the Ebro basin and the region of Aragon.
