Yamoransa is a small town located in the Central Region of Ghana. It is situated near Cape Coast and lies along the primary international road connecting Kumasi to Cape Coast and Accra to Cape Coast.
The community is characterized by various economic activities, most notably the trade of kenkey and bread conducted by women primarily around the main Lorry Station. The educational infrastructure in Yamoransa includes five private and three public basic schools, along with one private Senior High School and one Vocational School.
In terms of local governance and traditional leadership, Yamoransa Kojokrom enstooled Nana Mensah III as the Chief and Sumankwahene of the Nkusukum Area on February 19, 2022.
