Lledrod

Lledrod is a village and community located in Ceredigion, Wales. It is situated on the A485 road between Llanilar and Tregaron, positioned where the road crosses the valley of the River Wyre.

The parish is divided into two sections: Lledrod Isaf and Lledrod Uchaf. While the village of Lledrod itself is located in Lledrod Isaf, the settlement of Swyddffynnon is situated in Lledrod Uchaf. The community also includes the small settlements of Tyncelyn and Blaenpennal.

The name Lledrod is a contraction of Llanfihangel-Lledrod, which originates from Llanfihangel Llether-troed. This name translates to "the church of St Michael at the foot of the slope."
