Llanfachraeth is a village and community located on the island of Anglesey in Wales, United Kingdom. It is situated near the west coast of the island at the head of the Alaw estuary, positioned approximately 6.2 miles east of Holyhead, 11.7 miles southwest of Amlwch, and 11.3 miles northwest of Llangefni.

The village is served by the A5025 road, which features a daily bus service connecting Cemaes, Llanfaethlu, Llanfachraeth, and Holyhead, excluding Sundays. Notable local infrastructure includes a pub and the Holland Hotel for accommodation. Additionally, the Wales Coast Path passes through the area, where it is forced inland to cross the Afon Alaw.
