Alloa

Alloa is a town located in Clackmannanshire within the Central Lowlands of Scotland. It is situated on the north bank of the River Forth at the point where it is traditionally said to transition into the Firth of Forth.

The town lies south of the Ochil Hills on the western Fife peninsula. Geographically, it is positioned six miles east of Stirling and 13 miles west of Dunfermline, while being approximately 25 miles from Granton by water.
