Yalding is a village and civil parish located in the Borough of Maidstone in Kent, England. It is situated approximately 6 miles (9.7 km) southwest of Maidstone at the point where the Rivers Teise and Beult join the River Medway.
The parish includes the villages of Benover to the southeast, Laddingford to the southwest, and Queen Street. According to census data, the population of the parish was 2,236 in 2001 and increased to 2,418 by 2011.
