Worksop is a market town situated in the Bassetlaw District of Nottinghamshire, England. It is located near the borders shared with South Yorkshire and Derbyshire, positioned on the River Ryton and in close proximity to the northern edge of Sherwood Forest.
The town is bordered by the area of the Dukeries to its south. According to the 2021 Census, Worksop had a recorded population of 44,733 residents.
