Turnastone is a village and civil parish located in the county of Herefordshire, England. It is situated approximately 10 miles (16 km) west of Hereford.
The parish shares a boundary with St. Margarets and Vowchurch. In terms of local governance, Turnastone is part of the Vowchurch and District Group Parish Council, which also oversees Michaelchurch Escley, Newton, St Margarets, and Vowchurch. As of 2001, the parish had a recorded population of 28 residents.
