Trowbridge is the county town of Wiltshire, England. It is situated on the River Biss in the western part of the county, located near the border with Somerset.
The town is positioned approximately 8 miles (13 km) south-east of Bath, 20 miles (32 km) south-east of Bristol, and 31 miles (50 km) south-west of Swindon. As of 2021, the parish had a population of 37,169.
