Speke is a suburb located in Merseyside, England, within the United Kingdom. It is situated approximately eight miles southeast of Liverpool city centre.
The area is positioned near the widest section of the River Mersey. It is bordered by the suburbs of Garston and Hunts Cross, and lies in close proximity to Halewood, Hale Village, and Widnes. To its south, Speke borders the rural area of Oglet.
