Sittingbourne

Sittingbourne is an industrial town located in the Swale district of Kent, situated in southeast England. It is positioned approximately 17 miles (27 km) from Canterbury and 45 miles (72 km) from London. As of 2021, the town had a population of 54,392.

The town is located beside the Roman Watling Street, which is an ancient trackway that was utilized by both the Romans and the Anglo-Saxons.
